The interactive demos on our website use sample businesses and scripted content. They show how our services work and do not send real messages or bookings.

Quotes, demos and free tech audits come with no obligation to buy. Audit findings and recommendations are general guidance based on what we can see at the time, not a guarantee of any outcome.
No guaranteed results
We work hard to help your business, but we cannot guarantee specific results, such as search rankings, number of reviews, star ratings, leads, bookings, ticket sales or social media growth. Those depend on many things outside our control, including third-party platforms and your market.
Your content and accounts
You are responsible for the content you give us, such as text, photos, logos, listing photos and customer lists, and for having the rights to use it. You are also responsible for having proper consent to contact your own customers through any messaging we set up for you.
Third-party platforms
Many of our services run on third-party platforms, such as hosting providers, messaging and phone carriers, payment processors, Google and social media networks. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, fees or decisions, such as a carrier filtering messages or a platform removing content.

The design, text, graphics and demos on this website belong to Just Tech Services LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or business reference, but you may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Text messaging terms
Program description. Just Tech Services LLC sends text messages to people who give us their mobile number and agree to receive texts, for example through a checkbox on our website forms. Service messages include replies to your request, appointment confirmations and reminders. If you also agree to marketing messages, you may receive occasional tips and offers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Opting out. You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages unless you sign up again. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again through our website.

Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number, to join our text messaging program.

Disclaimers
Our website and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement with you, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Just Tech Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to the website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Liability for client services is governed by the client agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in New Jersey.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the new terms.
